1. Return and Refund Rights

At Khorlynnwrjrizeo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your rights as a consumer are protected under Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with this policy and applicable Norwegian law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

In accordance with Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) § 25 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Exercise of Right: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us by:

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery (in accordance with Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 25)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The product must not have been damaged due to your fault or negligence

Note: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 25(3)).

5. Return Process

In accordance with Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act, once we receive your return request, we will:

  1. Confirm receipt of your return request within 2 business days
  2. Provide you with return instructions and a return address in Norway
  3. Process your return once we receive the product
  4. Issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product or receiving proof that you have sent the product back, whichever is earlier (Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 25(4))

Refund Method: We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

6. Return Shipping Costs

In accordance with Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 25(2), you will be responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the product, unless:

  • The product was defective or damaged upon arrival (Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 27)
  • We sent you the wrong product
  • The product does not match the description or lacks the qualities we have presented
  • We have failed to inform you about your right of withdrawal

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the product is defective or non-conforming, you have additional rights under Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 27, including the right to demand repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the contract.

7. Refund Processing

We will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of:

  • Receiving the returned product, or
  • Receiving proof that you have sent the product back (whichever is earlier)

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

8. Deductions from Refund

We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. This means you may be charged for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 25(4) and EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons
  • Products that have been damaged due to your fault or negligence
  • Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning
  • Custom-made or personalized products (if applicable)

However, you may still be entitled to remedies for defective products under Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 27, regardless of the right of withdrawal.

10. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

Under Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) § 27, if you receive a defective or non-conforming product, you have the following rights:

  • Right to demand repair or replacement of the product
  • Right to demand a price reduction if repair or replacement is not possible or would cause unreasonable inconvenience
  • Right to cancel the contract if the defect is significant or we fail to remedy it
  • Right to compensation for any losses you incur due to the defect

Complaint Period: You must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it. Under Norwegian law, you generally have 2 years from delivery to claim remedies for defects (Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 32).

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contactuse@khorlynnwrjrizeo.world. Please provide photos of the defect or damage when contacting us. We will arrange for a replacement product or provide a full refund including return shipping costs, in accordance with your rights under Norwegian consumer protection law.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

In accordance with Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 25(4), we are required to issue refunds within 14 days. If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider (refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank)
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank to inquire about pending transactions
  3. Contact us at contactuse@khorlynnwrjrizeo.world if the refund still hasn't appeared after 14 days
  4. If we fail to comply with the refund deadline, you may file a complaint with the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet)
